I have the same bike. I just hold the side button for a second and it comes on. Maybe check all the connections at the display???? Maybe a bad switch out of the factory?

Well damn, I just looked it up...that frame does come with a 34.9 seat tube. Yeah, kinda sux to have to shim it.

Are you sure that 34.9 isn't the seat CLAMP diameter? I think that is the standard clamp size for frames with 31.6 seat tube diameters. And, I have a FOX Transfer on my acoustic bike, very nice, very reliable. Almost two years on it, no service yet and it still works flawlessly. I have it...

Yep. Can now also confirm iPhone 7 with iOS 13.1.3 and e-tube 3.4.4 works fine.

All right, iPad updated to IOS 13. E-tube 3.4.4 connects to my bike, no issues. Guess I can go ahead and upgrade the IOS on my phone now, too.
