Hmmm, I may have mislead you. Try the drive-side cover. There is a big ole two-wire connector under one of them. I may have remembered which side it is in a wrongly way.

Yes, non drive-side. I believe they are 2.5 mm alan head screws. I think 4 of them.

Take the left side motor cover off, the connection is in there. Let it charge for 6-7 hours before you determine if there is a problem with the switch. On mine, the light on the charger goes off when it's done charging.

I weigh 215 lbs, add about 10-12 lbs for riding pack.
