I would not go with KTM. They are not up to par with other bike manufactures on their bike design/quality from my observations. If you want a KTM, get something with a bit more power.

Just use a pair of large vice grips to clamp down on the old cassette if you don’t want to buy the correct tool. And any 11 speed chain will work fine.

Drop the battery and remove the mounting bracket closest to the head tube. (Three T25 torx i believe). This was you can just stick your hand up there and push it out the hole, instead of trying to poke and pray it aligns. I don’t think there is any reason to bother with getting a new adapter...

Medium tight. Coming from someone who used to work at a manufacturing company, torque values are set very arbitrarily.

I did, but I think it’s possible to do without touching the motor. My bike has a lip in the inner seat tube the the cable housing was catching on, and I couldn’t find anything that would work to pull it away and up from the inner wall.

I like my brakes to have a hard stop, aggressive bite point, and maximum power. No matter how good SRAM brakes are bled, they will never compare to shimano brakes on these aspects.

Mine came with a 36t chainring and I was able to rotate the cranks to access the bolts through the largest gap in the chainring.
