I have sold my old Lapierre SX800, and also one of my motorbikes so have some cash to burn on a second e-bike that my boys can use, will also be coming out to the alps with me.
I already own a Devinci AC XT which I love, it has Fox factory front and back with coil and will remain my main bike...
I know all these places on Skis, I do a lot of ski touring and had a great trip based in Bourg this year - St Foy (close to Bourg) I reckon will also have loads of good single track. The ski guide we had also does MTB guiding. He says there is loads of good stuff into Bourg accessed from roads...

I am driving down to Morzine this summer, taking the bikes in the van for 10 days.
Will be with 2 non ebike riders so will be using lifts. I no longer own a self powered MTB so wanted to know how good the bike hangers on the chairlifts are and if they will be ok for a 24kg bike. Realise the...
Since I got the Devinci AC XT, the Lapierre rarely gets used.
So am thinking of selling, it is a 2016 bike with Yamaha motor. Pretty well specced bike, Fox 36 fork, Guide R brakes and comes with a spare battery.
This is the exact bike - link here
It's in good condition, but not sure of value...
@EMTBehave Buy the bike now and enjoy summer riding in the Alps, I was in Engelberg (my 'local' ski area) last summer MTBing and it was just awesome, so don't wait and get out doing hut to hut on the Wanderweg.
My spare bike is dead, it had been getting hit and miss to get it started when I pressed the on button for a while.
Contacted e-bikeshop where I bought the bike from, they thought it might be the controller and bracket so I bought the kit and plugged it in without mounting on the bike. Still no...
Mine is beautiful, 2014 road reg 250 XC-F, had AER forks put on it. Would find it hard to sell but not ridden since July last year, whereas am on the eMTB every week. Got great local hills I can ride in that are perfect for eMTBs.
The locals are not into noisy Motos, lots of horse riding goes...
@eebit been reading derestricted.com for years being a KTM dirt and street bike owner - also love you cross over skiing stuff as that is my main love - although I do like me eMTB almost as much ;)
My mate demoed one of these, the small battery capacity is an issue and the TEC pack whilst a good idea affects handling too much. He had to push the bike uphill 3 miles in Ballater as he was out of power after 2 hours . No TEC pack obviously. I do like the idea of making the bike lighter but...
Loads of good deals out there, the lapierre you linked to is quite an old design, take a look at Freeborn who will usually negotiate a bit as long as you call them. The Devinci bikes are well speced for the money.

Also the Canyon Spectral ON 7 is...
Yep agreed. I have the fox launch pro knee pads which are fanatastic, stay in place and are comfortable all day. The launch pro elbow pads are good but too bulky to fit under Jersey’s or jackets and a bit restrictive
