I agree…that’s not loud compared to my I9 Hydra hubs.

I prefer Rockshock forks over Fox forks for big guys. My Fox factory forks tend to make a loud “clack” sound during aggressive descents. My several Rockshocks do not. Zeb I believe is the best fork out there for bigger guys.

I have both a carbon and aluminum Ebike. I like my carbon bike not because of weight. I like it because of stiffness over aluminum. My aluminum Kenevo frame creaks. My carbon trek does not.

I love my Zeb Ultimate. More supple and more midrange support than my Fox 36 Factory. I don’t have a Fox 38 to compare it with.

Why not just go with a trunnion mount. I went with a Super Deluxe + with megneg and a Zeb ultimate. I love the setup.

What’s your fork offset? How high is your tire pressure? I have cushcore on my trek Powerfly with 27.5 2.8 black diamond butcher tires. I don’t think the cushcores will help. Which fork ? Your fork setup maybe?

Own a Diamond D2 , Zeb, Boxxer and Fox 36. I like them all. You can not go wrong.
