I had the same issue on my Powerfly LT 9.7. LBS fixed it for free. Seems to be a generic Trek issue.

Wow. Great point. The rest of the world really has no point to make with the United States until you fix the 25 km/h speed limitation. That’s just stupid.

I run the same tire on my Trek Powerfly 9.7. Lots of grip and great on rugged rocky trails.

I don’t use EMTB mode. I can never tell if I’m getting the right level of assist. Eco is useless. I primarily stay in Trail and occasionally in Turbo.
