I got a few more parts 😃. I got some spacers for the shock and the armor for the upper down tube. the box also included the reflectors I asked them to remove from the bike 😂.
You will love the EXe. I had my 9.8XT since Oct 1 and I love the bike. I saw you have a SJ as well. I have a 22 SJ Pro besides the EXe and I have to say while they are both great bikes, the EXe is a fantastic bike with amazing handling and balance.
There is supposed to be a clip on the inside of the battery cover (bottom plate) that can be used to reattach the plate without the battery inside. The bolt screws into the clip then. Mine was missing However.

If you get the 9.8XT version, check the cranks. They are supposed to be the carbon cranks but many (including mine) were delivered with AL cranks. Supposedly they have a 9 months lead time on the carbon cranks.

I have hosed off my bike after every ride, using the ‘shower’ setting on my hose which is very low pressure. I never had an issue. Never covered up the display. you may have an issue with how the display was installed. They should be able to address that I would hope.
