Sometimes the bike manufacturer will have a paint formula that they can give you to match the color of your bike. In the US you can take the formula to a hobby store or car paint store to mix up a batch for repairs.
You forgot elbows bent. Having bent elbows while you ride allows the rider to push the front of the bike forward when going over obstacles or off drops.

What you will probably find is that a beginner skilled rider will be able to ride beginner trails the same as they did on an analog bike. Moving to intermediate trails the intermediate skilled rider may get themselves into trouble on more advanced sections of the intermediate trail...
My wife has a Levo SL which has the original NX drive train. She has put 5,600 miles on the bike with no drive train changes. The bike shifts fine and I don’t know if I should make any changes. Should I wait for something like chain slip before installing a new drivetrain?
GDS the whole Moab scene of the community not liking Ebikes is an interesting dynamic. The majority of Moab trails have no sustainability issues, so that issue of Ebikes causing excessive trail damage is a non issue. Hopefully the user conflict issue isn’t getting any traction. And the animal...
I ride my Class 1 Ebike almost everyday. I ride about 6,000 miles each year and that riding is on all different types of trails. I look forward to each ride and I hope to be able to ride up to the day I am physically unable to do so. I would rate my riding ability to be advanced and I sometimes...

I am curious if you were able to replace the cells in your BT-E8010 battery. What is the trick to splitting the plastic case? I have remove to two long screws and the two small screws out of the charge port.
Do you know if the is a You Tube video of the disassembly process?

You say your LBS is a Shimano Service Agent. Does that mean they can dismantle the motor and replace bearings and electrical issues like a faulty torque sensor when the motor is in or out of warranty?

How worn out were the chains and were you having shifting issues? My 135 lb. wife has 3,400 miles on her original NX drive train and the chain indicates over 100% wear, but still shifts nicely with no obvious shifting issues or chain suck.
I see no reason to change out the drive train...
Poppy do you have any noticeable play in the drive side output shaft? Just grab the drive side crankarm and pull it back and forth towards you to see if there is any slight play.
