    Bafang m510

I think a few are running 52 volt batteries, can you confirm the top 58.4volts is still not triggering an error code. Thanks.

Yup throw it in the rubbish bin, you won’t need a guide if you use a narrow wide chainring. Done 2.5k now without the guide and not a single problem.

    Bafang M560 variants 500w?

Interesting, my M600 has the later PEEK gear and is probably quieter than the Bosch but not as quiet as the Brose. I hear rumours that the M560 has again gone to a steel main gear, is that true and if so will that be the same as the original M600, where after about a year Bafang fitted a PEEK gear.

    Bafang M560 variants 500w?

Looks like my M600 is on its last legs, been a good engine but looking at possibly a M560 replacement, anybody know of a reliable supplier and have bought from them ?

Would you buy a bike that can't be derestricted ?

Be interesting to see how many riders living in Euro land given a derestricted bike for a couple of weeks would happily go back to their restricted bike. Incidentally I think the 32kph is about the right cut off where on the flats your mates on their analogues don't leave you in their dust and...

Can you build your own battery for the E10 ?

Most chargers have a conditioning charge rate in the last 1 volt before switching off to allow the BMS to balance off the cells.

TSDZ2 for this (currently) rigid 29'er I built?

Heres a piccie of my Whyte T109, great bikes and used it for over 2K miles with the TSDZ2. We had a group of six similar bikes at one stage but all of us have gone over to FF E-Bikes. A question here, E-Bikes have fallen so far in price that you can get a pretty decent FF full suspension for...

TSDZ2 for this (currently) rigid 29'er I built?

Pick your frame and you can ride quite modern geo. Our favourite was the Whyte T129 frame. Worked really well and best of all, all though 73mm BB, there’s no need for the problem 100mm adapter. Whyte in their wisdom changed the T129 frame rear suspension mount in the later versions which...

Love the front suspension, pure early 90's ?

TSDZ2 for this (currently) rigid 29'er I built?

I think Mabman and I have a very different experience than others here with the TSDZ2. It’s a very good motor considering the price and availability. Every part is available and there has been a huge development process that enables us to probably have a greater control over the motor than the...

    Matt from NZ

Yeah there are a lot of tracks out your way which have huge potential. I tried to hire an MTB whilst in NP and all I could find was beach and city bikes unfortunately. In some ways reminiscent to where I live in the UK, we have about 250m of height to play with out of my back door which is not...

    Matt from NZ

Walked a few of the tracks up the Kiatake range side at Xmas and they are not unlike a lot of the single track I ride here in the U.K., mmmmm with a EMtb one evening, an hour or so and I reckon they would have to be looked at 😄

    Dengfu E10 - The CHEEB V1.0 - Discussion

I think mine with 36T front ring has either 118 or 120 links by memory. No need to worry about the offset, modern derailleurs are pretty good and will shift across no problem.
