My 2017 Haibike is 100% Yamaha with 500 Wh. In over 3,300 kms yesterday i tried to empty my battery for the first time. I came in with 2% and there was no jump. Just slow and regular.

For knees only, i use affordable, confortable volleyball knee pads. For me (not riding agressively) they work.

Many factors influence but many riders ride 90 minutes to 4 hrs with some left. Using your transmission like a normal bike does help.

Many do 60-90 minutes rides. With all that energy stored you are smart enough to understand it is easy to exceed the speed limit set.
