Feel free to look for a service kit from Shimano. No one has found it yet. Some Chinese company makes replacement pistons that have aluminum core. I asked for pistons / seals once from Shimano like many before me. They do not want customers / shops messing around their brakes.
Check if the piston is still at one piece. Common mistake is to put bleeding block in but not use the locking pin. Block tends to move around when sqeezing the lever and can crack the piston if no pin is used. It's ceramic piston that cracks easily. There is no spareparts for the caliper from...
Basically this is the good thing:
3801: dynamic load rating, radial 2150N
63801: dynamic load rating, radial 1500N
Bad thing could be that 3801 requires tighter tolerances from the frame to actually last longer.
This one was a bit tough to find but eventually, here's the correct bearing code for the double row bearing that will fit JAM / SAM:
3801-B-2RS-TVH
d12 mm D21 mm B7 mm
I edited my old posts to correct dimensions.
Bearings marketed as 3801 are double row bearings, dimensions can vary from 12 / 21 / 7 or 8 mm, choose 7 mm variant for JAM OR SAM
63801 is ordinary single row bearing , dimensions 12 / 21 / 7 mm.
I would pop out the seal from the original bearing and check is it actually double row bearing.
I used Gorilla tape for years, it works so no worries! I just wanted to say that there can be some drawbacks. Here's a good thread about Gorilla tape: Is Gorilla Tape okay to use as rim strips on carbon rims?- Mtbr.com
Gorilla tape glue softens with sealant (Stans and Joe's) and glue goo sticks to the rim in nasty way... Plus after a long while (several months) small amount of sealant starts to leak slowly trough the tape from nipple holes. This can cause nipple corrosion. Best combo that I have tried is Tesa...
I started to upgrade my 10 spd M6000 Deore setup to XT/SLX 12 speed mix. I was a bit surprised that the E8000 chainring is totally incompatible with new chain.
I knew that Shimano changed the chain a bit so many of old style narrow wide rings required use of SRAM Eagle quick connector...
You have worn out your drivetrain. Did you change the chain by guess or did you measure wear? Change chain between 0,5%and 0.70% wear. 6000 km is imho very OK rate for cassette / chainring.
Here you can see all the parts of your bike. Unfortunately there's just a bearing kit number, no explanations. Better than nothing though :)

Focus spare part availability from free market seems to be a joke compared to eg. Mondraker or even Nukeproof...
Just take the linkages apart, write down bearing sizes from them (rubber shield, or outer race should have markings eg. 6300 RS) Go to local bearing shop and purchase INA / SKF /...
Okay, poor website design... I just tried to pick shop near you.
For someone who needs tec pack, German Rabe actually has them on stock. httpss://www.rabe-bike.de/en/focus-tec-pack/
In stock and in UK so it's quite close to you :) Oh and with paypal so they can't just take your money and go silent.

I feel you! I have 2 months old 6.7 that I got cheap (these got dumped likely because of realease of those sweet Bosch powered machines). I still try to keep my Zen, enjoy the lightness and upgrade parts to my liking (Fork, stem, hubs, handlebar, saddle, grips, drivetrain to Shimano 12 spd).
