Mine is nowhere near that loud. Where was the microphone, right near the pedals?
I have the SWorks so it has the carbon frame. Perhaps yours is aluminum?
I would check the gear lash (how much play is between the gears), and check if they lubed the gears properly.
I‘m very picky and have never seen a paint issue on 3 Specialized bikes. I also ride them quite hard, on gravel, rocks, etc, and I have not seen the paint chip.
Guys - this is because your bottle cage is too high! Same thing on mine - they came with the cage set too high. Just slide the cage down and your cable will reach.
Do not bang on the connector with a mallet! I know of one shop that Dremeled the connector to try to make the hole wider. It didn’t...

Totally agree. A 35% price increase is just nuts. That said, the component spec has increased from 2018 to 2020 (eg, the cranks are now carbon)... not enough to make up the 35% price increase, but it helps.
That said, I have an SL S-Works Founder’s coming in so count me totally crazy. In...
Respectfully disagree here - electric motors and batteries don’t require annual service. Unless something is broken or sounds “off”, there’s nothing to do. Ask your local bike shop to service your Levo and they will not touch the electric part, other than basic stuff like cleaning the contacts...

The restrictions are on human travel and congregating in groups.
The materials are different in both the caliper and levers:
For the Ultimate, we held nothing back. Our engineers sculpted the finest materials - titanium and carbon fiber - to make this our lightest four-piston brake ever
But the "base" SL comes with Guide R, not G2 RSC...
Yes, this is our only hope. There are companies that will replace all the cells in the battery. And others that will replace bearings in the motor. The circuit boards and other custom parts will only be replaceable if we have spares, however.
Right, agreed. It did come from Mahle’s e-bike division. I am not making it up ;)
I have a Levo SL Founders on order, and if I can’t keep it running for a decade, it’s going to be hard to justify the cost, or to buy another e-bike that doesn’t have better support.
Bike manufacturers need to...
I'm not mixing the concepts. Right now Mahle is saying the warranty period (2 years) is also the lifetime of the product. i.e., they are not committing to anything beyond 2 years.
Hopefully we can change their stance, but for now they are only going to make parts for 2 years.
