Levo SL Gen 1 Levo sl extender cable issue

Picked up my range extender today with a view to using it tomorrow, however cable is too long. Have used my Google fu and found shop has given me the Creo cable which is longer. I can make the length work but the plug won't lock in, so does anyone know if the plug is different as well?

@Konanige I have both cable at home...I can't see any different on Levo/Creo side plug.

Bike shop said they think the locking collars are slightly different depth.

Did you replace it with the correct one?

I'm late to the discussion but I know the Creo and Levo SL cables are different lengths. Did they supply you with the shorter Sl cable? The one pictured looks too long.

This is the 220mm one. They did not have the 160mm cable in stock so I ordered the longer one to get started with.

Check your bottle cage position - it can make your cable appear too short!
