Inner cable comes out nice and easy. Be careful with the outer if it drops too low you will have to drop the motor, which isnt as bad as it sounds. Cranks off, remove the front chain ring, pivot bolt and then the 6 motor bolts. Of course the battery needs to be out also.
Hardly, I stopped biking in 1999 and moved onto motorbikes and cars. Ebikes gave me the enjoyment of riding again. Yes I'm not superfit, but over the last 2 years its improved massively. For example I would never have considered riding up Snowdon as its too much of a ballache, but now I can ride...
But isn't this why we have ebikes, to climb the climbs that aren't normally possible. Yes there are lines, but you also need to carry momentum and stopping pedalling even for a second can mean you come to a halt due to the slow speed. I flipped the chip to high, shorter crank arms and a stiffer...

I tried a megneg out with my RT3, it was a good improvement, but being 95kg I had to whack a lot of pressure in. In the end I went for a Cane Creek DBair with a custom tune for my weight. Well worth the money, night and day difference.

Drag a bit of back brake, lean forward but dig your arse into the seat, so basically you have grip but your centre of gravity isnt so high and keeps the front down. Run a lower pressure on your tyre for grip and look at the rear shock, is it too soft ? We do loads of silly hill climbs, 1st gear...
I had airliners in my Trek. Came down the rangers path from Snowdon then started on the telegraph run back to Llanberis and tore the rear on a bit slate sticking up. Far too big a slit to bacon strip up. So about 3 miles left back to the van I just rode the bike. Kept the speed less than 10 mph...
You should be able to get 3 climbs in vs 1 push up if that makes sense. I would normally just turbo up the steep bit, then trail the rest. ~4mins each climb.
I megnegged my RT3. It helped, even running over 275psi it was alot more compliant than it was before at ~240psi. But in the end I went for a cane creek db air with a custom tune from Jtech. Best thing Ive done for the rear...was well worth the money. Sometimes youve just got to bite the bullet!
