Thanks iris I’m about 78 kg with kit so I will try dropping the rear pressure a bit. It is the rear that seems to break away a bit.

Has anyone had an unresponsive AXS GX. It just stopped responding mid-ride. The battery was fully charged before the ride. I re-charged it when I got back until the charger light went green but still no response. It doesn't flash when pressing the derailleur. I changed the controller battery...

Sorry I missed the first line of your post. Yes they are aftermarket (yellow lettering), tubeless and I am wondering about dropping pressures a bit.

Thanks for the replies and re-assurance. I think I will try Bones’ tape trick though as my brake lines are tie wrapped on through purpose made lugs in the frame. A slight worry though.

Yes I did have a mudguard on there but didn't notice any marks. They seem quite deep to be caused by plastic but I suspect that you may be right. Thanks for the suggestion.

Does anyone know what may have caused these gouges in my frame / swinging arm. These pictures are from underneath and I haven't noticed them before so I don't know when they happened. They are on both sides marked in red. I can feel them they are deeper than paint scratches.

As we are talking about Apple Watch I use an app Cyclemeter with the Elite upgrade. It maps the rides with usual distance, ascent, heart rate etc and also sends an email map link every 1 km or so. This can be seen by whoever you have got in the email link (handy if you ride solo a lot) but also...

Ho Growmac...you didn't mention the orange side button on the Ultra...quite useful, but maybe not 400quid useful !
