I’ve got the MT500 which is really good and well made. A nice touch are the non slip bands on the shoulders to keep a backpack in place. It has really large zip vents if it gets too hot.

An important consideration is reliability and I have always found Bosch very reliable. Cube for me!

I fitted the upgrade to my e160 a couple of years ago and the battery ran out twice during rides. I bought a spare and that lasted several rides…..obviously a dodgy battery but i didn’t realise and thought I had to charge each ride. My new Whyte with AXS is perfect. I would suspect the battery.

Solved! I tried setting and re-setting everything. It changed things but didn’t cure it. Here is the problem diagnosed by my lbs…..more experience and better eyes. A new casettte fixed it.

IXS Flow Evo+Knee Guards from Wiggle are good. They zip and have a velcro strap as well. They don’t slip down (on me!)

Hi Mikerb Yes I’ve set the B gap with the shock at sag. It’s a Sram AXS deraileur and I have reset it to factory. The B screw alters the shifting but doesn’t cure it just moves it up the gears.

Hi Riotsloth Did you ever get this sorted? I’ve got the same problem. The B screw does something but seems to move the problem up or down the cassette. I’m going into my lbs on Saturday but thought you may have found a trick!

My 2 phones are UK and French….both ok.

The pudding has arrived…..I have connected a second phone to the app after logging in. Both connect ok. I closed the app on one before opening on the other both seem to work ok…….but I haven’t dared put the lock on yet!

Yes but if you are miles away from the lbs......does anyone know if you activate it can you de-activate it again from the app without the lbs. Or is it a permanent activation and you can only turn it on or off ?

Has anyone activated the new lock system on a their Bosch Flow app. Any drawbacks? Like it locks when riding or doesn’t unlock when you want it to?
