I have Memory-Map on my phone for OS maps if exploring. I have a load of maps from green landing days. I imagine it would be pretty pricey to license them all now.
@Danijel check the pivot bearings where the rear triangle connect to the FOLD linkage. I had a dry bearing there which would tick at the same point of each pedal stroke.
You can swap about by unplugging the piggy back. The bike will only use one at a time to save any issues connecting a full & discharged pack together in parallel.
Trail mode is great, it does have a downside though. It will throw in loads of assist if you get to a hill, stay in the same gear and mash the pedals. This technique effortlessly eats through the battery.
If you use the bikes gears and try to keep the bar graph along the bottom of the display...
Sorry misread, it’s the mech you were asking about.

I can weigh one for you tomorrow.
I leave the pack on the rail on the rare times I use it. Keeps all the weight down low instead of up high on your back.
The plug from the TEC pack end of the extra cable then located in a recess further down the top tube to keep it all tidy & secure.
Wharncliff unfortunately is getting dozed the Forestry Commission has made its final decision[emoji3525]
They are meeting with the local builders to discuss options for the future.
So if you want to ride the epic trails of ‘Wharncoover’ get out there soon......
Plenty of fun to be had round the phase 2 development at Leeds Urban Bike Park.
Seems the North is the place to look for non Specialized bikes!!
(Although every other emtb we saw was from the big S!!)
@Bongofish maybe the answer is to go and hire or demo regular bikes every once in a while. It’s a lot cheaper than buying, you can try all sorts of different types and flavours and it will give you an idea if there really is room in your life for one.
It’s a slippery slope though, folk seem to...
