Hello,
I do this manually since 2019 and I'm very happy, cos the battery is like a new one after 3 years :)
Do that with all your Li-Ion batteries and they will last almost "forever".
Have a Nice Day.

Don't buy cheap batteries if you want to do it yourself, for example 500€ is the minimum for a 12V/100Ah LiFePO4 battery.
Now there are complete solutions: Zendure Superbase Pro, EcoFlow Delta max and Delta Pro, Bluetti, ...
All in one Battery + charger + MPPT for solar panels + DC outputs +...
You will destroy your battery very quickly, because Li-Ion batteries don't like to be drained at high current at lower voltages.
So, if TQ (among others) has done this, it's to save yourv battery!

Any news about the problem?!
Just wanted to know if it's a motor or Battery/harness issue.
A battery/harness issue is not important for me, because it could be fixed quickly..
Have a Nice Day.

Good explanations.
In summary:
1. Never store a battery fully charged or discharged, store it between 40 and 80% max.
2. Do not drain large current from a discharged battery.
And you battery will last a very long time :)
Yes brexit is the worst thing for a long time!
For UK and for Europe.
Delivery times are increased (2 days before, 7 days minimum now)!
And if you add covid problems, it becomes really crazy.
Sub 13kg is not possible before a long time.
Because 13.45kg is the weight of a carbon road Turbo Creo equipped with light DTSwiss XC1500 wheels and light Tracer Pro tires.
Very strange, because it's the exact opposite, the colder the battery the lower the the range.
For most Li-Ion batteries, the rated energy is stated at 20°C, slightly increasing up to maximum operating temperature (about 60°C in most cases, sometimes up to 85°C for special ones).
Under 20°C...
