Should be fine. The electronics all have seals/grommets on the connections so are fully sealed. Shimano motors don't have a problem with water and dirt ingress which the Bosch and Brose seem to fail from.
I wash my bike frequently and spray a little water up in and around the drive unit to...
The e6100 is rated at 60NM though i am unsure the maximum assist percentage available. 200% sounds a little low and could be a glitch withthe app?
I would bump boost and trail up to 60nm so you have full power/torque available. Set boost to maximum assist percentage and probably leave trail...
I don't believe it should be trying to jump off if it is setup correctly. Can you move the limit over so it's pushed out a little further? Back the b screw off until 46T gets tricky/heavy to select and then add half a turn. This seems to work for me and gives the most chain wrap
Is there any...
I've ended up with 2 chain rings - i asked 2 shops to source me one and they have both ordered one in, does anyone want a 36T steel ring in Brisbane/Australia? I've got a a praxis ering 36T and a sram x-sync 2 36T - both steel rings. Else I may test both and just keep one as a spare.
Check if the light setting is enabled, im lead to believe If your bike has USB port it will be powered by the light terminals. I just installed a light and enabled the light setting which resulted in the same thing happening to me yesterday 30km into a ride... 2 bars...1bar flashing red no...
My bike came with XT BR-M8000 2 pot front and rear with 203mm rotors. I've just upgraded the front to the new BR-M8120 4 pot XT caliper and i am very happy with the power, feel and ease of bleeding. The new 4 pot Shimano brakes are a lot easier to bleed than the old 4 pot 520/820 saint/8020/etc
Upgrade your current Revelation fork to a 160mm Pike RC2 by fitting a 160mm Debonair air shaft and a Charger 2.1 RC2 damper cartridge. Lower leg service with fresh low friction seals and some new decals on the lowers.
Phone Dan @ Pedalheads Cycles in Brisbane. Fantastic service from these guys yesterday and i could not recommend more. I realise it is interstate for you however it's very easy and quite cheap to ship a bike in his box :)
I realise you have already completed this upgrade but i post this for future reference as someone may find it useful.
STunlocker or freemax will change it to electronic shifting.
Hardware wise you should need 4 items. You will need a RHS switch/shifter to replace the cable shifter, for this...
I have fitted it and briefly tested it in the garage, haven't had a chance to ride with it yet as it's been bucketing down all weekend. It seems to be sufficiently bright and has a nice spread of light. Very compact and light weight, bracket is great.
As mentioned i'm on a Shimano so it wires...
