Thanks @Rob Rides EMTB I'll give them a shout and see what they say. I can't imagine Canyon would have a bolt pattern on the frame that wasn't a standard to match their product. When I do find out I'll post up what they say. Any more brake size chat? :p

Good to hear some feedback and impressions of the bike ridden on trails I know well. I experienced a lot of pedal strikes on my Orbea Rise. A touch more air and an extra click of rebound quickens the rear up a little and the strikes lessened. I also swapped to Burgtec pedals. Very low profile...

Who on here made the jump from a light or mid power EMTB to a full power? I currently ride an Orbea RIse M20 and am imminently going to be ordering a Canyon Strive:On CFR. What was your experience and how did they compare on your local trails and rides?

They do to a degree but I've still read less positive reviews on bikes in MBUK too

I'm 6ft too. Canyon has recommended medium for a more playful ride and large for stability. I'm swaying towards the large...I think

Looks like you’ve done a cracking job! 👌 Once my bike is ordered I’ll be getting the Invisiframe kit ordered. Just the small conundrum of Medium or Large. I’m almost sure on the Large…it’s just the reach of 500mm that is stopping me. Seems loooong! Canyon size suggests I’m in between M and L

I'd be bringing this up directly with Canyon before getting advice or making any home remedies. A bike this new is still well within the warranty and responsibility of the brand

You're probably right. I love the Liquid Forest colour way but part of me wants to wait and see what is available in the near future

I started in Betws Garmon, rode to the bottom of The Ranger's Path, took Telegraph across to Llanberis which I took to the summit. Then took The Ranger's Path back down. One of the best rides I'ver ever done solo. Saw very few people at all
