    2024 Strive:ON

Fingers crossed. Shorter bike park or local rides are fine without a display but having realtime information is priceless when out for big days out in the Peaks, Dales and Snowdonia

    2024 Strive:ON

It sounds like the Strive:ON has another happy rider! Can't wait to get my order in. Seems a shame that a Garmin can't be added and display information. I'd also like to see cadence, range etc etc. @hubertsk how do you find the mullet set up? I've been riding full 29'er and very curious to see...

    2024 Strive:ON

Yeah for sure I’m not knocking the idea. If I could add all the components to the bike I’d have the CFR Ltd with all sorts draped on it! It’d be a beautiful beast! If you can then why not

    2024 Strive:ON

I suppose selling the Performance Elite shock and forks will get back £1000 or so? Not sure what the stock dropper would be worth considering the decent quality you can get aftermarket for relatively small amounts. For me as much as I like the Kashima look and apparent performance I really don't...

    2024 Strive:ON

This is a comparison I had in mind too. Very similar bikes on paper (apart from the removable battery). For me personally the Strive is winning the race to my top spot the more I read about both bikes. The quality issues of the Wild paintwork is worrying. I've seen photographs of Myo bikes and...

I’ve watched your original video on the Strive 5 times…at least! Looking forward to watching this one

    2024 Strive:ON

The reactions and reviews of the Strive:On are extremely positive on this thread. Got to say it’s firmly planted itself at the top of the list for my next EMTB. Did you guys go for the big 750 battery? A good portion of my rides are big days out in the Peaks and Snowdonia. I feel like the extra...

    2024 Strive:ON

Very nice! Glad to hear the paint/colour is better in the flesh. The photos on the Canyon site looks very flat…almost like a primer. Looking forward to seeing how you get on with fitting the Fidlock.

    Canyon - Aftercare and aftersales

Wow! That thread certainly highlights some problems in production and QC at Orbea and LL. LL are my local bike shop (the Long Eaton store). I bought my Rise through them. To give credit where it’s due the quality of service and PDI of the bike was very good. I’ve since done all my own work and...

    Canyon - Aftercare and aftersales

That’s very good to know. Apart from deciding between the Strive and the Orbea Wild it’s the one barrier that has stopped me from ordering

    2024 Strive:ON

@Rob Rides EMTB i know that Canyon has their own side loading water bottle cage (I think it’s the one on your build?) Can you see any issue with fitment and use of a Fidlock bottle mount?

    Canyon - Aftercare and aftersales

I'm almost convinced a Canyon Strive:ON is going to be the next bike I add to my bike shed alongside my Orbea Rise M20. I've always bought my bikes (analogue and electric) from bricks and mortar bike shops. My question and concern is what has your experience of buying from a 'Direct to customer'...

...but not new to the EMTB world. Been riding an Orbea RIse for the last couple of years. Love it. Recently took it to the summit of Snowdon. My favourite ride in a long time. Looking forward to taking part in the EMTB Forum as I look for advice and guidance in adding a new bike to stable...
