you should get a fair amount more than 12 miles and 2,500’. I generally get 20 miles and 2,500’ with a battery and no extender. I only use mid and high assist, never low assist.
I have a similar question if someone doesn’t mine answering? I am currently running a Rockshox Super Ultimate Deluxe coil shock with an MRP coil. The shock is 205 x 60. I am having the shock serviced and they are going to see if there are spacers that can be removed to increase stroke to...

I owned a Rise for a little over a year and now I've owned the EXe for the same amount of time. The Rise is noticeably more powerful and has better range. The EXe is stealthy with the motor being well hidden and small. It is true the motor is silent. I need to be in boost mode and cranking...

I’ve been off the bike for 3 months due to an injury and surgery. I finally rode again about 2 weeks ago. Here are some pics from my last few rides. The pics are mostly of my bike; I clearly love this thing. Arizona has incredible riding near the city for quick rides, plus places like Sedona...
Apparently my bike was just set at the default settings. It must have reverted back when I did the firmware update. Here are some pics of the settings I normally ride with:
