A lot off firmware circulate who download to the BESST tool, but not to the controller. I think that will be helpful if we share only firmware "really" tested and provided with their characteristic
I think it will be interesting to associate main characteristics you have constated when you share firmware ? Exemple: downloaded in M510 FC1.0, installed on EU user motor (speed limit 25 km/h), gap of motor stop after stop crankarms turn, , etc..
Bafang have share with me 3 x 3.6 software...
sure, but may be previous versions can't manage 48V ? Only supposition following information collected (guy with previous rev of HMI who don't fuctioning with 48V, supplier who change proposal to DPC245 3.0 when battery power supply changed to 48V). Not a "truth true"
not only of course. But when i have ordered m820, they have change DPC245 to rev 3.0 when they have change 36V to 48V. It's the raison why i suppose that only rev3 can manage 48V. but i can't certified
i have doing that, mostly for facilitate rethigtening of motor without removing cover. but not perfectely adjusted and space available for the tool is too thin for the nuts used on E10 frame. if you ameliorate the file, please share (replace.pdf by .stl).
HI.
yes, i haven't firmware for FC2.0. I have lot FC1.0 from bafang, but all who function (not all), have gap between crancks stop and motor stop. finally i stay on 3.2 or 3.1-CS. imn't sure (that need i exchange the motors to confirm), but it seem that FC1.0 consume less than FC2.0, have tou...
I don't speak about the battery connector to the motor (yellow) , i speak about the little switch on the side of the frame. it is wired to the battery through the 2 contacts flaged "button" on the pic, and with vibrating on mine the contacts from battery side was damaged. the solution will be...
For M510 FC1.0 you have 2 firmware whithout delay between crank armq stop and motor stop: 3.2 and 3.1-CS
About "err 27", on mine bike. dengfu E10 with dengfu battery, i have one switch on button for the battery on frame, this button is connected to the battery throug the 2 little pins on the...
yes i had this error last week, the motor shut off several time. I have remove the battery on/off switch and weld the 2 wire directly inside the battery (dengfu E10 battery), i have see that contacts on battery suport was failed. no problem this week
For what i'm understoud, the "support level" is the % of assist added at your power applied on crank arms (torque sensor) and "max power" is the % of the A max provide at full power (of the level).
I use lower values:
low acceleration at the 4 first levels (middle at 5)
support %: 100 at 1...
Thanks to sharing your experiency.
One question abourt the "electronic swithes available from Aliexpress". why you don't use it only to couple the batteries when use the two and charge on separately each battery (diode will not be necessary) ? or i have bad understanding ?
Another...
you can(t doing something with 3D printer ?
Personally i use remote switches from older BBS HMI in replacement
The wiring drawing (sorry for the pics quality)
i have changed the rear shock of the E10 and i'm surprised by the impact on the behavior of the bike. I just mounted the shock with the settings provided and the spring that I used on my DHX2. So the differences are only due to the shock absorber. Noticeable gain in grip to climb (roots and wet...
