@AlexEMTB With our bikes most (if not all) cables in the frame are pretty carefully routed/protected to prevent this being possible. If it seems to be coming from somewhere around the top-tube area and particularly evident when going over slightly uneven ground at speed then it's worth checking...

Sadly @Alan Yeung you could be correct. When the TCU is replaced your retailer needs to connect this to their diagnostic cool and re-calibrate/update the bike by entering the bike Serial number. Unless the bike has a matching SN stored inside all the components it will not allow you to update...
Sorry to hear @Highflyer - I still have your serial number on file from an earlier conversation (unless you've changed bike). If you go to Mission Control - Diagnose - Advanced Diagnostics - SEND REPORT and then confirm by reply I'll check to see if we have insights on the failure.
