nothing, only suddenly no assist in all modes , i shut off and i are ignit and all work fine. but i'm afraid that don't work one time in mountain, i will exchange the motor with the bike used around house
Since a 2 exits i have aleatory fail with one of my M510., at one time it don't provide assist, i need to stop/restart motor to recovery assist ? that occur each only one time, +- in midle / end of exit. Any experiency ? it's torque sensor or controller fail ?

More or less the same for me with 13S2P (and 48V firmware). in use at minima, the battery down to 43% on the HMI (+- 1400 D+ and 25 km), in T and S (seted at 80%), a few S+ (90 %). After stop, i can read 50%.
Enough for me, i will not play to empties the battery to see what apen 😓
You mesure the length available between the rear shock axes (shock removed). With swing arm fully compresed (axes design provide mechanical limit), to verified if you have less than 155 mm available (210 - 55).
If you mesure exactely 155mm available, i recommand to use 53 (52.5), it's...
No risks for contact between wheel and frame. BUT verify mechanical translation available for the swing arms/stays/bases at level of the axes.
May be SZZS have modified their frame ? but on mine 55 don't fit and i use 53 mm
OK you use 43V firmware with 43V battery. If you want to use 48V battery, you does upload an 48V firmware (CRX30PC48...............)
One remark. I suppose that you have bafang battery, that allow to monitoring status of battery and cells on your display. You can't do that with 48V battery.
you would mean that with 50% left for example, i couldn't doing 5km with 300 m D+. If i already done 1200 m D+ in 21 km for the first 50% ?
For the moment, i never emptyed the batteries with the M820,. but with the 15Ah i consumme at most 40% to doing 1700 m D+. (i can't do more phisically)...
Who really needs range extender ? with 480W i doing 21km with 1300m D+ and i have 50% of the battery left. As physically with the M820 help i will not try more 1500 D+ with my 100 kg weight. I whould like understand who needs range extender and for doing what ?
About my firmware (CRX30PC4812E102006.1). in fact it's the 4813 shared by i don't remember who 🤔 . but after upload it's displaying 4812
