    Lightcarbon LCE930 Custom Build - DV8

I went out and checked for play and I can't detect any. I did have some rotor rub but I was able to clear it up by straightening the rotor which was warped a bit and adjusting the caliper using the paper spacer technique. Nothing unusual though. I had to add spacers on my other bike to prevent...

    M820 Bafang - LIGHTCARBON LCE930 Frame (lightweight)

Looks the same to me too. I ordered mine shipped to the US complete with the motor and battery from an Alibaba supplier. @JimLee-Lightcarbon might be able to point you in the right direction.

Just the plastic cover, nothing else goes in there.

Based on your goals and the bikes you have mentioned, if I was in your shoes I would be deciding between the entry level Decathlon and KTM. The money you save can be set aside for the upgrades you discover you need after using the bike for a while. If you decide to upgrade the suspension, I...

    LETS SEE YOUR RIDE FOOTAGE

A short ride down a new, blue, flow/jump trail in Herriman, Utah, US. Not as scenic as some of the videos above 👆 but I love the flow.

I have several rides on it now and I can say that I love this bike! I am every bit as fast as I am on my analog bike going downhill and twice as fast going up!

I feel very fortunate to have trails like this so close to where I live. I wish they were ridable all year but I can't complain. I'll make the most of it while I can. 👍

Riding the Apex downhill flow/jump trail. I finally got a decent action camera (GoPro Hero10) so the video quality and stabilization are tolerable. :)

Don't put too much force on the charging cable or the leads will break off like mine did. I had to do some grinding and soldering to fix them. Also, run the dropper cable on the non-drive side of the motor rather than under it. Finally, get an assistant or find some way to hold the front motor...

The more I ride it, the more I love this thing! Today's ride was the second ride on the same battery charge. On both rides I rode in sport mode. I am impressed with the range I am getting and the power and weight are exactly what I want out of an emtb. Ride 1: Ride 2, mileage is the total of...

I wonder if it's in the mold or an anomaly. Perhaps someone else who has that frame can check it out.

The LCE930 doesn't have those guides. Looks like you would have to drill out the rivits. I think I would just mask them. 🤷‍♂️

Steerer should be a minimum of roughly 124mm + your steering stem height. More with spacers of course.

Cool! LCE971, right? I really like that frame if I could only justify another bike. 🤔 I used 2k two part matte finish and I am very pleased with it. I used the same stuff with a gloss finish on my other bike and it also turned out nice. Mine was dry enough to carefully work with after a couple...

I ended up having the correct bushings on hand. The spec is asking for 22.2mm though I imagine the 22mm would work fine. The rest of the specs look correct.

I am happy with the Float X and the brakes so far. At this point I wouldn't change anything! I ordered the cables from Amazon based on the number of reviews and ratings. They seem to be good and haven't cause problems yet. We'll see how everything holds up this season.

So far I am very happy with it. I have been out of town and haven't been able to ride for a while but I'll be riding regularly now. I plan to get out over the weekend and do some timed comparisons with my other bikes.
