Only watched on a tiny phone screen, but cassette, forks and so on all look conventional. Downtube size makes me wonder if it's not in the SL world?

Yes, a very conservative design - as we anticipated it might be.

Interesting marketing approach though... they could've made a big splash with a ground breaking technological marvel, but instead they've gone for the simple approach. Nothing wrong with simple - as long as it's done well - not to mention priced accordingly.
