Got really F'd off with my bike stand over the weekend, then one of my bikes fell onto it and broke the tool tray.
The one I have must be 10+ years old and has done a sterling job, its just the feet are always in the way. thought i'd try a two legged jobby.

Well to say that i'm impressed is an understatement. The clamp is awesome, and it fixed in a position (angle) was super helpful. Brakes bled at a decent eye level height with the bike being solid in the rack. Bargain for the money.

New cranks 155 instead of 165 so Hope fully less pedal strikes. (y)

I’ve certainly noticed the difference Mike since I fitted my 155mm crank arms 😉 I forgot to mention, just as an extra insurance plan I did also buy some 3D printed crank boots too, as far as I am aware there’s only one place that makes them, ebikeprints 👍 not cheap but they’re a perfect fit and so far haven’t moved at all 😉

It's not my fault, it's their fault for making them in retro purple...

Sqlab handlebar (12 backsweep, high rise) + and 45 mm stem from tag metals.
Keen to try this combo next week, also read about matching stem length and fork offset

Well, after 2200 miles it's a new free hub body for my Whyte E-160 s. View attachment 110774
Thats one of the things these bikes are really hard on. I spun the ratchet ring on an i9 this winter on the old norco bigfoot vlt and now the stock hub on the new bigfoot needs replacing.

I wonder if hope are going to make the pro5 ebike rear hub in a fat version...

I can’t remember which video I watched but it was stated that the Hope pro 5 ebike hub is for wheels up to 4” wide, I can’t remember which one it was because I’ve seen so many videos on the hubs

Fat bike hubs are wider than standard hubs (177/197mm), has nothing to do with tires. The pro5 is only made in 135, 148 boost and 157 super boost widths, their fat hubs are still based on the pro4.

Sure I will. I am running Vault DMR at the moment which are great. They need a service so I will use them as my spare pair. (y) The Volt F22 ‘s colour match the Vlot 155 cranks I just bought.:ROFLMAO:
