Tapered is what you want (1.5" lower, 1.125" upper)

I found one on eBay and asked about taper and this is the response…

It’s tapered 1/5 to 1/18 with Debon Air.

So that 1/18 is no good?

1.125" = 1-1/8"
1.5" = 1-1/2"

Would there be a noticeable difference going to a 42mm from 44mm offset fork (both 150).
