Thank you :)

Unusually it was a road ride, mostly used between 15-30% support, turned it off where I could and used the +/-5 buttons at the bottom of the screen to micro manage the support level to match my companions pace.
I think if you use the Smart Power, this adjustment can be done automatically in function of your legs power... try it and let me know..

Hi Guys

New to BLEvo so is this something to worry about, read it in a post.

Finding my blevo is conflicting with mission control...sending my motor back to
15 amps instead of 20 amps....i uninstalled blevo re did light blue n now shes back to missile speed

Thanks
I don't understand what you want to say...
BLEvo cannot limit the power of the motor.. it works like light blue..
Could you explain better your experience..

Like I said, saw a post on Facebook about amps. I have no idea what it means, was only asking if I need to do anything. BLEvo works fine for me. Thanks

I saw that post as well its just nonsense ignore it, only the motor firmware can limit the amp output not an app

From your post I understood that BLEvo limits the motor current.. Sorry but this is not true..
There is a bug in some motor that it is fixed only reflashing the motor with the same firmware version (this for old Levo, not the 2019)... The bug is in the limitation of the motor current..
BLEvo cannot do nothing for this..

This option is available only in Android.. in iOS is always selected when you select Smart Power and Smart HR.
Thanks for replying, Paolo. I've had an HRM strap for only a few days and just noticed the ride stats show Smart HR "Linked to Smart Power", like you said. Among the million other things on your to-do list please considering clarifying this in the iOS manual. Love the app!

Hi, I’ve recently upgraded to a 2019 Levo and am currently having issues keeping the BLEvo app connected to the bike. It seems to randomly disconnect from time to time and I have no idea if it’s a bike or app issue honestly. It doesn’t seem related to my phone since I’ve tried both android and and iOS phones.

I’ve never had any connection issues on my previous 2017 model so wondering if anyone has seen this issue before and might have some tips.

Thanks!

I know that @Maastricht and @Rob Hancill have this kind of issue.. If I remember well @Maastricht tried to change the TCU...

Yes, correct! In any case it wasn’t a BLEvo issue as I had connection issues with Mission Control as well. Somehow my TCU was showed up as two MAC addresses. LBS mounted a new TCU and reloaded the bikes firmware.

Since that moment connection is still not 100%. Sometimes it costs a 1,5 minute to connect to the bike. Rarely it doesn’t connect at all. Mostly I turn the bike on and off and the Amdroid phone on and off and try again. However as soon as the connection is there the connection is stable. Also Paolo programmed BLEvo in such way that if the connection gets lost during the ride, due to whatever reason, then BLEvo reconnects automatically again.

Hey thank you for all the info, it’s really appreciated. The bike is brand new so I’m assuming any issues are probably under warranty so it sounds like I should just contact the bike shop and go from there. I’ll share any findings if there is anything worth sharing. Thanks!

Do you have the same issue with Mission Control?

While testing for around 10 mins I didn’t notice mission control dropping the connection but I’m also not sure if it dropped and the interface just didn’t update.

This differs from my case. In my case I wasn’t able to connect at all although the bluetooth connection signal was being broadcasted by the bike.

Did you do the authentication in the Strava menu?

I already had an Strava account. When I send the GPX file to STRAVA it works
Sorry but I don't understand..
BLEvo uses the TCX file for Strava, maybe you don't have selected the creation of this file..
What you mean with "When I send the GPX file to STRAVA"? Do you mean that you import the file GPX in Strava without using BLEvo?

If the Strava authentication was done in BLEvo and the TCX file is created, I think you can upload the ride in Strava.. Did you press the button "End ride"?

Let me know if BLEvo will find the barometer or not in the phone.. I don't understand if it is present or not..
I went on my first ride with the Blackview BV5500 today. It was my understanding that it doesn't have a barometer and nothing shows up in Blevo. I'm fine with that. The Blackview website says the new BV5500 Pro has one.

So far so good but I'm still getting used to the change from iOS, both Android and Blevo. Like others, I still have my iPhone with the BV5500 strictly as a smart bike computer.

First time user of Blevo for Android (latest release as of yesterday). I think I saw someone else mention this but thought it was fixed already.

I configured Blevo for miles but the only choice for data fields is total kilometers and that's what shows in the ride monitor. The ride stats do say miles. Is it a label issue and the value is miles or is it actually kilometers? Wish I paid attention at the end of my first ride today to compare with the stats.

Secondly, time of day is a 24 hr clock. The phone is set to 12 hr and I don't see a setting in Blevo.

Hi Paolo,
I have a very basic question: Is there any possibility of making a backup of my app settings and tours for the case, that I have to change my phone and reinstall Blevo on the new phone?

I just tried the app on a 2019 Levo. The maps on a iPhone Xs displays the paths really thin so I have a hard time reading them. Is it better on a android phone with lower resolution screen, ie the bv6000? Can someone show me scrrendumps or photos of the map display?

If you have the barometer BLEvo shows to you the barometer menu.. do you see it?
And the altitude on display is in italic..

The backup is not yet implemented..
You can find all the file in the folder of your previous rides..
