Interestingly it mentions the use of shared spaces but yet only deals with riders. Bring on the test for walking three abreast and the how long should I have my dog lead exam. I think then you could progresson to the advanced level of using a dose of common sense followed by there’s other people in the world apart from you , you selfish…….
