SRAM GX AXS T-Type Transmission issue - thinks it is in wrong gear

Can anyone provide any assistance here? Never seen this happen and can't find any help online anywhere. I had a light bump against a rock yesterday and now my derailleur thinks it's in 12th gear, when it's actually in 2nd. This means that I can't shift any higher than 2nd gear, because the system thinks I am already in the highest gear.

I've tried re-pairing the system and a few other manual things, to no avail. Even the app says it's in 12th gear. There doesn't appear to be any physical damage to the system, it's just a mapping issue between the pod and the derailleur or something? Been working fine since I got it, then this suddenly happened yesterday. Pics below.

Is the cage bent at all?

I wonder if the overload clutch has stuck and not returned back to normal

I posted some photos above for visual reference - but everything appears perfectly in line to me. Unsure of the clutch, that could be a possibility, but I don't know how to check or fix that issue, if it is the case.

First, while rotating the crank, shift the derailleur 11 times down, so it thinks it's at 1. What happens to the actual location of the derailleur? Go 1 through 12, 12 through 1, and do that several times.

If that doesnt' give you a clue, remove the chain and try the same thing. Does the derailleur actually move as you step it from 1 to 12 and back again?

Lastly, with the chain and wheel off, can you exert side to side pressure on the derailleur and get it to move?

So I just tried this and it went berserk, lol. If I upshift, it goes about 3 shifts and then stops. If I downshift, it went 1 shift then back up 4, then 2 down then just sat there wiggling back and forth. Then it jumped about 6 gears and settled on 9.

I had a similar problem last October with my brand new Heckler SL after bumping the derailleur off a rock on my second ride. There was no visible damage and no bend or misalignment. I called SRAM and we tried a firmware reset but that didn't help. In the end I had it replaced under warranty. No issues with the replacement and I've bumped it off many rocks and roots.

Mine is changing from 1st to 12th or 12th to 1st when turning on.

Resets itself after being off for while.
Comes back again after a while.

Dealer gonna swap it under Garantee next week hopefully.
