What size frame? Is that the standard 34T chainring? Mine is very close to the chainstay also but that is ridiculous...?My chainring is touching chainstay. I don't know in what circunstances. The chainring is perfect. Can be a warranty case? Is too close that i think is causing on torcion, like berms, jumps... I need help. What i have to do?

I don't know. Ithink that is steelis the stock e13 the aluminum or steel version?
I tried fitting a 36t Aluminum e13 ring to my 9.7 XL, but it was way to close for comfort, see pic below. I could pretty much push the ring into the stay.
The trek website says the 9.7 comes with a sram 36T, but it is in fact 34T.

Sure that's not chainsuck damage, rather than the chainring itself? @Philly G looks to have a little bit too.My chainring is touching chainstay. I don't know in what circunstances. I wouldn't say 94kg is heavy. I'm a similar weight. I think the frame of the Rail is pretty strong, but have you been hitting huge jumps? Is it possible you've bent the chain stays slightly?I was thinking about torcion of aluminum frame. I am a heavy guy. 94kg.
