Time to find a machine shop that can mill out links from solid stock. Just make them out of 7075 and skip the whole hollow thing. The hardest part will be getting the bearing seats right. Heck, you pole owners should contact a group buy and have a shop produce 20-30 links.

If I were a Voima owner, I would try at all costs to get the 3D CAD plans from Leo

There are plenty of machinists who will be able to reproduce them

The links aren’t the issue. It’s the drive side swingarm that has issues. Either way, it would be nice if there were a company like Cascade or Dev-5 that would make some replacement parts. Fingers crossed someone will make some.

Sorry, with the closeup, I thought it was a link, not the whole swing are.

Have there been any recent updates from Leo in the fb group/other?
This was the last one. But silence since then.
I'll be honest, its not looking good. With every day that goes by its less likely they will start back up.

Slightly good new for the ones with Voima's/Vikkelä's.

Ouch, at least we don't have to wonder now.

PS I'd be keen on buying a spare silver/unpainted Voima swingarm, just in case... Can someone please vote for me? I don't have facebook :)

Seems like they will have a different webshop that will be dealing with this:

Me, I am happy with this considering now will keep the Pole as a back-up bike or a race bike for the Power Stages :) And my new Trek Slash + as a park bike and for most of my rides <3

Two things:
  1. What became of the the spare bike parts inventory of the company? I have a Sonni and would like a 200mm rear brake adapter than the 220mm that came with it (long story as to why I would want this). I also didn't order the motor guard with bike, and while I feel the bike doesn't need it, I'm still bit of a completist. Wouldn't some of these parts be still lying around? Seems they could be marketed off rather than recycled into the aluminum bin.
  2. Is the legal/liquidation contact for Pole customers that someone can share? I never did get the battery from Pole because it was backordered ( or rather perhaps never ordered) and had to buy my own and would still like to get credit.
