did not do any post treatment to it due to the bond, just crossing fingers to se how it will hold up as is.

first ride out and looks good so far..

It lasted this long.. managed 1 and a half day in the bike park. Was worth a try!

Sucks because the bike performs awesome

Time to find a machine shop that can mill out links from solid stock. Just make them out of 7075 and skip the whole hollow thing. The hardest part will be getting the bearing seats right. Heck, you pole owners should contact a group buy and have a shop produce 20-30 links.

The links aren’t the issue. It’s the drive side swingarm that has issues. Either way, it would be nice if there were a company like Cascade or Dev-5 that would make some replacement parts. Fingers crossed someone will make some.

Sorry, with the closeup, I thought it was a link, not the whole swing are.
