Had to Google that temp . 0 in Celsius brrrr.I’m still on a three week roadtrip with my family. It was 33 degrees and snowing in Mount Shasta, Ca today so it seemed like effect weather to go on a ride. 17 miles later and I can say that the trails here are amazing. Great traction other than the occasional patch or ice or frozen pine needles View attachment 150328View attachment 150330 View attachment 150329
That does seem a little OTT.
Nah, that’s my buddy Steve. Rides a hardtail almost every day. He maintains this trail,(new sign day). Besides advising me on some trail work (Forestry Engineer), he’s got the biggest calves I’ve ever seen.Is that you @Stihldog dog, throwing the HUSTLER sign into the air?
This is me.
Looks like a Good dayAnother day and another trip to Glentress..old "Reds" in the morning and then playtime in the afternoon on the new Black / Red & Blue flow trails ..which were good fun but it looks as if too many riders have ridden these and found them a little beyond their skill set by the amount of brake bumps on the red & black in particular .
A really good time was had by all and it's always great to hook up with Alan ,Ant & Wayne ..roughly about 25miles & 3,500ft..
Only the one pic at the start of Spooky Wood descent ..with two Smoggies from Middlesbrough ( canny craic) to the left of the pic ..Ant, Alan & Wayne to the right..

Roman temple?28 miles of tarmac teasing today apart from a couple of miles when I got lost and had to go cross country. Big ol building is not my house but a place called the Grange near Winchester. I just wanted to see what my bike looked like next to it before putting in an offer. My offer got turned down.
