Orbea charging cable/port interface connection.

HI folks,
New rise owner here and the first thing i have noticed is that the charger is very loose in the charging port, is that normal? like loose enough that if you knock the charger lead if could fall out the port.
I notice that the charger has no orbea branding on it either, is that the same as all of yours?
I would have thought that the charger would have clipped into the port like the range extender would.

On my Rise "M" the ends of the connectors are identical (charger & extender) - and they are a snug fit, not loose at all.

But neither "clicks" or "clips" in - they just push in.

And no Orbea branding on the charger.
