Charging port issue FS wild m10

New bike. Less than 5 rides. Charging port on bike will not charge battery. But battery charges just fine when I pull it off the bike and connect it directly to the charger. Anyone else seen this? Thanks in advance

Not seen it before , but the wiring between the battery charging port on the bike and the battery is very simple and easy to access, so if you can't be bothered going through a warranty process, then it's probably worth just checking that everything is connected properly. It's all just push in connectors, so it's probably just something wasn't fully clicked home and has come apart.
