I've had my 2022 H30 Rise for around 6 weeks.
On my fourth outing I hit a root sticking out of a bank on the side of the track with the drive side pedal. This high sided me and I ate some dirt.
My foot hurt like hell. Once I had dusted myself off and inspected the track to find out what I had hit, I got back on and rode slowly down the track and home.
Riding was interesting as the pedal was going around in oval arcs. I thought I had bent the pedal axle but closer inspection showed the crank had bent.
No wonder my foot hurt, it was between the root and the pedal. Luckily no breaks but no riding for 4 weeks ....
Are these E13 cranks made of O-state aluminium( no heat treating)?
Needless to say I have replaced the cranks with 160mm Shimano Xt FC-M8150 160mm.

I bent pedal axle and crank at the same time with Rise. Just go for the XT cranks, you get other benefits as well (like shorter lenght and it also stays in place for sure).

Partner did that to her E-13 crank on the second ride on the bike, despite it being a pedal strike she rode out of...

I don't think there are any other cranks that match the weight/strength/value combination of Shimano hollow-tech but I've never seen anything bend as easily as that E13..
