It dose t show up as tour + you just put it on tour and should notice the difference if they have enstalled it.

I tried what was suggested in an earlier post and rode along a flat piece of road in Eco then switched to Tour. As I understand it, if Tour+ is installed there shouldn’t be any difference in motor power until I press harder on the pedals and increase cadence. However, when I switched to Tour I immediately felt an increase in power. I have a Nyon display that shows motor and rider power. That also showed an increase in motor power immediately so I guess it doesn’t have Tour+.

I’ll try it again this weekend

It does indeed sound like you have Tour and not Tour+. Especially if you can see the jump in assist on the display.

I'm not liking tour+, I normally ride in eco with tour for harder bits, then emtb and turbo for fun. I'm finding tour+ messes up my normal rhythm as it just surges, I usually resort to tour later in a ride when my legs are flagging (60+ km rides are common), normal tour just adds a consistent amount of extra power, so now I'm finding I just skip tour+ or keep slogging in eco.

Exactly the same riding as me, hence the reason i don't wont tour plus and have avoided getting it installed. To be honest it just seems like another emtb mode that drops into eco territory .

My new Haibike All Mountain 5 bike had Tour Plus installed. I rode my normal trails and struggled to get much assistance no matter how hard I pedalled (it felt just like ECO mode) & increasing my cadence and changing into a easier gear didn’t help. I decided to get the LBS to change it to TOUR and it’s like night and day now. For me the assistance is spot on bearing in mind I’m 65 years old but reasonably fit. Anyway it works for me and I did a 4000 ft ascent & 30 mile ride today, and still had 2 bars of battery left. Before the change I had to ride mostly in EMTB mode. I am very pleased with the TOUR mode and won’t be changing back! Riders who can get the assistance they need from TOUR plus must be super fit, but I can’t for the life in me see how you can get 85nm of torque and Turbo assistance in that mode, unless you’ve got powerful legs like Chris Hoy.
