Marin Alpine trail e2 cable routing

Looking to purchase my first emtb and like the look and review of the Marin. Not related to performance, but the cable exit on the down tube, to me looks angled. Angled directly above the motor. Should I be concerned with the longevity of the motor?, my concern being rain water, wash water etc. Dripping along the cable, inside the frame and above the motor. Are the motors fully enclosed IP protection etc.? Or will it likely be an issue over time or during winters.

There are improvements with the new EP801 motor but I'd still advise not power-washing, not submerging etc. Water ingress is what causes them to die but ingress from splashes running along a cable would be well down my list of concerns.

If it concerns you that much put a cloth in your pocket and wipe it down at the end of each trail.
