I'm pretty sure it's not been mentioned on this page yet (86), but still looking like April 8th .. Hopefully someone else will remember to post it on 87 :)

I have read 22.8kg for the s-works, which would make it slightly heavier than the Gen3 one. Wouldn't like to say if this is accurate or not, or how relevant it is as much depends on the component spec.

No news either on the MERO (Trademarked end of 21). This was in development at the same time as the Mahle Gen4, similar specs but with Brose. Maybe it transitioned to be the Brose Gen4 when the Mahle one was put on hold.

Well true if you compare it that way, even tho it will have a bigger battery. Interesting how new mountain bike models tend to be heavier than the previous model. I think the Stumpjumper happened the same thing.

A friend of mine has a gen 2 Sworks and his wife has the expert model also gen 2, the sworks is heavier and has a way better build 😅

The pic he was shown.

Ain’t that the new Scott ebike?
I want to know how the levitating luggage rack works ?

If you can make a levitating luggage rack, surely you'd make a levitating saddle and get rid of the dropper post entirely ! 🤪

Then again, if you can do that, do you need a saddle ? Just wear compatible levitation underwear and hope when you bottom out you don't literally bottom out and end up with the world's worst wedgie.

We're letting a lot more information stay now. Though it's preferred that images aren't shared as Spesh seem to have done a great job keeping things undercover this time around - unlike the SL2 and the Gen3 launches - I'm sure we'd all like that Birthday morning surprise when it is finally revealed.

99% of Moderation in this thread at the moment is from Reports where people are understandably bored and frustrated from the same questions which have already been answered.

Plus, Forum Moderators are handsomely rewarded by Spesh with upto 50% off 26" wheels and Specialized branded side stands.

Enquiring about a Santa Cruz Vala at the LBS on the weekend, and the mechanic suggested I wait a "a month or 2" for the new Levo, as it may change my mind. All he told me was it would look like A Stumpjumper and the S-Works would have more power and or torque than the rest of the range.

Glad I bought a Vala then the Stumpy isn’t a very attractive bike. The kink in the seat tube makes it look dated and not like a modern bike.
