For anyone fine with light assist the SL is definitely the way to go IMO. It’s the silly power the DJI puts out that is making everyone go nuts. Not that you should ever need that much power, but it doesn’t matter, those stats sell bike on their own. People just like saying they have the power.Until the new bosch bikes dropped the carbon levo was the lightest full power emtb with a removable battery and non clacking motor in its class.
According to this test the s works levo is 22,1 kg with an 38 and 700 wh battery. With the 500 wh battery it would weigh just a tad more than the entry level amflow with a quickly removable battery and the option to increase the travel with an airshaft and cascade link into proper Enduro territory.
