I called a dealer near me that up till recently was an official Specialized Store. They are still confirming the Sea Otter reveal and being able to place orders for it at that time. Not sure when you can have one in hand, they did not confirm that they are allotted any amount.

So these confirmations are not sure if it will be at this event but will the new specialized be available in April?

My dealer has a shipment due to arrive on the 4th of April. Most dealers should be getting them around the same time so they can have them on the floor for the release.

At that price, like $18,000 ish USD, and then add CA sale tax and your close to 20 USD!!!!!!, then I will say no thanks. No matter what the power, that's not justified. I cannot fathom how good it could potentially be, and for the "fleet" just keep my Gen 3 for Enduro, and buy an Amflow for the Trail. You can get the base Amflow shipped to the USA for $6500 total shipped to your door and forget the sales tax; or heck, get what Rob likes in the Crestline! $6800 for the frame, just rob the parts off my existing Levo, get 3k for Levo frame, and and for $3800 net, you get one of the best enduro machines available anywhere. Please Specialized, release this today so we can all just move on!!

No, it’s the same price so $14k and $12k in the US. The UK always gets screwed on pricing, all they do is change the $ to a £ and that’s what we pay. I don’t think I’ve ever seen different pricing for the £ only €.

FWIW, I’ll have about $12k in my Crestline when it’s finished, that’s with a Push shock/fork, AXS transmission/dropper, Berd carbon wheels etc.

Good point, but here in CA, 14k = $15,295 with tax... kinda still the same situation. I think the Amflow as a trail bike, and Crestline as the Enduro. You're still ahead. Again, this Specialized think may or may not be all we are thinking it's going to be. Many have caught up.

Might be worth driving to Oregon to pick one up.

Wonder if they will do what Porsche and Ferarri do where you have to own a certain number of S works bikes already before you get an invitation to the new one.

They were definitely the new Levos, the pics were up about 5 mins before the post was deleted. The 38 is getting the same update along with the new X2 that resembles the genie shock.

I am afraid this isn't quite right at all. The 38 is staying the same for MY26 and the X2 looks nothing like the genie shock, it still retains the look of the X2.

I reckon 2025 is going to be the year non chines ebike companies really will start struggling financially just look at EV Tesla the king for years then suddenly chines BYD turned up and they are only in the initial phase and now Amflow with chinese engine. G4 is still not on the market but Specialized is going to get the hardest time ever.

At that price I’ll wait for a frame only option. Even if it is a year down the line. My upgraded G3 expert has every want and need to build over.
But if bosh release a software upgrade to my Vala to 3 digits Nm I can skip the G4

I just don’t like the idea of having to remove my specialized sticker of my laptop and car.
And I’ll need to purchase a new helmet
