If you are actually in the loop you can't really tell anything you know . Well not publicly.I think he could have, based on his visits to the Specialized HQ:

Levo Gen 3 - Levo Gen 4 2023/4/5/6 Rumours...
I have a comp carbon gen. 3 on which I mounted a Fox 38 factory, a shimano xt transmission, magura m7, renthal carbon bar and two dt swiss wheels for two years and two months, I have done about 6000 km. and replaced two engines because they were too noisy (in the space of a week). No other problems, m. Size s5 for 186 cm. of height.Sono curioso di sapere da quanto tempo ce l'hai, quanti chilometri hai percorso e quali problemi hai avuto.
My OCD could not handle the Kashima on the fork and not on the Shox or post ...... id rather go performance elite. but that me ...I have a comp carbon gen. 3 on which I mounted a Fox 38 factory, a shimano xt transmission, magura m7, renthal carbon bar and two dt swiss wheels for two years and two months, I have done about 6000 km. and replaced two engines because they were too noisy (in the space of a week). So you’ve seen the new Levo and still gone a different route.
That’s ominous.
Same, bought a Comp alloy in June last year, have put 1000 miles on it gone through 3 chains and 1 cassette. Have upgraded my wheels to HD Roval 240, One up bars, Burgtec Stem (taken off the old bike) Zeb fork, vivid coil shock, axs and hope cranks. It rides awesome hopefully for many yearsI have a comp carbon gen. 3 on which I mounted a Fox 38 factory, a shimano xt transmission, magura m7, renthal carbon bar and two dt swiss wheels for two years and two months, I have done about 6000 km. and replaced two engines because they were too noisy (in the space of a week). It was probably the side loading battery that did itHe literally said why he’s purchased the Santa Cruz in his post?
I don’t think we should read anything more into it than that.
If it’s anything like this then for me personally I really don’t mind itIt was probably the side loading battery that did itthat alone pushed me away
uh oh what they done with the batteryPlus I really prefer the way the battery is fitted on the old levo
Check the video above side mounted batteryuh oh what they done with the battery
You mean Wh…840w with a fast charging unit 0-80% in 40 mins for the first few bikes released then later on a range extender instead of the fast charger
Yeah, I wouldn't buy side loading battery bike either, they are all aesthetically ugly, IMOIt was probably the side loading battery that did itthat alone pushed me away
Now that is a Pretty bike .... Love the matching white logo and Zeb .... stunning and classySame, bought a Comp alloy in June last year, have put 1000 miles on it gone through 3 chains and 1 cassette. I checked it out with specialized and rockshox the My23 super deluxe and its replacement which is what I have the My25 Vivid coil is approved for the Levo but not kenevo unless the super deluxe has a steel shaft.I thought the Super Deluxe coil was not approved for the Levo ?
Maybe need to put a thin neoprene wrap around a side battery to hide itIf it’s anything like this then for me personally I really don’t mind it
8-10 April or 10-13 April? The new levo ?I've recently emailed my Dealer requesting to reserve or pre-order a Gen 4 Levo. I did not receive any specifics or timeline, but the dealer did direct the staff to reserve a bike for me. I take that to mean it is in fact happening. It would still make sense to me that the reveal would precede or coincide with Sea Otter, April 10-13, 2025.
When annouced specialized in April offizell?Yes the bike is being released in April, my local Spesh shop said they’d have a few the first week of April to put on the floor when it’s announced.
Supposed to be announced at Sea Otter so between the 10th-13th.When annouced specialized in April offizell?

If Specialized has followed the Brose Concept frame criteria, it is likely that the battery will be offered in two sizes , 814W and 632W. The battery should be in removeable form in the dowtube via a small magnetic latch. Not sure about range extender compatibility, but this has been rumored.840 Watt ?
I will have had mine for 2 years this April.Curious how long have you had it ,how many miles have you done and problems you have had.
Just getting a feel for gen 3. Still motor issues for them as well by the sounds of it. Like you I'm on second Expert frame and 4th motor now .I will have had mine for 2 years this April.

On second motor (First one sounds like it just broke apart on the inside), replaced under warranty.
On second frame. Found a crack on the frame near the motor. Not impact related, some kind of void or imperfection in the carbon. Spez thought it was weird, wanted to take a look at it. Replace with a murdered-out S-Works under warranty.
That maroon color of my expert frame was kinda hideous to be honest.
Only problems so far, Spez has been a pleasure to work with over the years, especially with warranty considerations.
Absolutely love the bike, ride it 4-7 days a week along with the flexstay Stumpy. I'm 55 and retired, been hardcore MTBing since 1990.
I'm sure the G4 will be cool, but will be hammering my current G3 for years to come.

All bike brands will run into problems, big or small and Specialized is up to date the best on handling warranties that's just a fact although it's impossible to please everyone.I will have had mine for 2 years this April.
