no they don't. that bike is already available for several months in europeI see trek just dropped the new rail
Does this mean we are now just around the corner for the new Levo.

Can you show me adverts for it last year because everything I can find says that the 2025 trek rail was released this monthno they don't. that bike is already available for several months in europe
Again off topic, but since there is still no Levo news - TREK RAIL+ 2025 was unveiled in September 2024 (published Sept 30): Trek's new Rail+ starts at £6,000, gets a full-size 800Wh battery and a travel boost to 160mm - MBRCan you show me adverts for it last year because everything I can find says that the 2025 trek rail was released this month
current gen3 levo is almost the same bike. What the point? It has similar geo, similar power numbers, similar range, why the hell anyone upgrade their levo to something like vala? And consider its bad display and lack of metrics for garmin.cant wait for the gen 4 to be like the vala, everyone hates it at launch, complains then few months later its best bike ever

I think it’s that expectation that has led to these delays. It’s tough to bring something out that is truly groundbreaking and they have a lot to live up to.current gen3 levo is almost the same bike. I expect new levo to be something another level, so I could have new experience with it, not slightly better here and there
Another level in what regards ?current gen3 levo is almost the same bike. What the point? It has similar geo, similar power numbers, similar range, why the hell anyone upgrade their levo to something like vala? And consider its bad display and lack of metrics for garmin.

Which parts of this list are fact and which parts are speculation?Another level in what regards ?
Same weight (if not a bit heavier)
same travel
same geo
Better suspension tune with the Genie shock
more power (but similar to bosch gen5 after the update and Dji)
Good range with the bigger battery (a bit more than Bosch 800w)
Still a small screen (compared to Dji and upcoming Bosch screen)
Same look as the SL but with a BIG downtube
No doubt it will be a great option, but not sure Another level

I guess you will have to wait and seeWhich parts of this list are fact and which parts are speculation?
So I can keep up, that is.
I doubt too that gen4 will be another level at any area, so I'm ready to wait for gen5 with my current gen3.Another level in what regards ?

Agreed, thought they will dare more with the design, offer more travel and have a lighter motor and battery than other players.I doubt too that gen4 will be another level at any area, so I'm ready to wait for gen5 with my current gen3.
But answering your question, it doesn't matter for me. If I'm willing to pay astronomical amount of money for a bike then I want to have something significant, something that make the difference, not 500g lighter and 10nm more torque, etc.
Good example (which I hate to see here) is Amflow(dji motor system), thats really something new, a piece of tech that I would upgrade for.
well, thats an interesting questionAgreed, thought they will dare more with the design, offer more travel and have a lighter motor and battery than other players.
To be fair though, what can they do better than a multi billion $$ Chinese tech giant ??
I expect new levo to be something another level
Very interesting.
Just a wild guess privacy not forced to show all their data to Xi Jinping if he wants it.what can they do better than a multi billion $$ Chinese tech giant ??
lol, found a “cheap “($400) 500wh battery for my Kenevo. Have to say, I don’t feel a lot of difference between a 7.9lb(700wh) and a 6.3lb (500wh)battery when on the bike. I stand by my belief that weight is less of an issue on e bikes. You will have the 600w option and another option (let's say smaller than 400w) ...
On the other hand, I go on a weekly 4-5 hr ride with my 55# Kenevo and it is very hard to lift over fences and gates that we encounter. In retrospect, I wish my bike was lighter, like the SL I used to own . . .lol, found a “cheap “($400) 500wh battery for my Kenevo. okay, april release but will it be announced sooner? pre orders? i wanna see the specs and prices so bad. would hate to wait until aprilWas at my LBS today. Confirmed April release, Brose Motor, no more belt internally.
ride a kenevo sl, then add the range extender. if you can’t feel the difference, you are not really ridinglol, found a “cheap “($400) 500wh battery for my Kenevo. Dealers may have some info before but the release is only in April.okay, april release but will it be announced sooner? pre orders? i wanna see the specs and prices so bad. would hate to wait until april
If they were to lift the press embargo sooner than the actual release date then they might save themselves some customers. Don't see the harm in having some media release first ride impressions, etc. over the next 6 weeks to at least build some hype and give people a glimpse at the bike.Dealers may have some info before but the release is only in April.
