It's a great bike, you will love it! Had to change the seat on mine though as it was a killer. Also got mine set up as tubeless ?

Are you sure? There looks to be a hell of a ding where the mech hanger bolt is? Unless the light is playing tricks on me.

I removed said twig or stick.
Prob around 20mm in diameter and 3ft long
So maybe a stick.
Either way, mega unhappy....

Time for some hardtail pics...
My 2017 Bold2. Couldn't afford the full sus model, but still enjoying riding. I do miss the comfort of my full sus Ibis Mojo, though.
The only mods have been a carbon riser bar and new grips, although I did need a new hub (under warranty). Next upgrade will be tubeless tyres although looming redundancy means I'm having to be careful with spending and there's plenty of life left in the Nobby Nics after 1100km.

Love the drifter look! is that a custom crank plug/endbolt in there??
