That’s a pretty good turn around. Sucks that its failed but good to get a new motor ?It's definitely dead. Bike is back with the supplying dealer who reckon it will be a 2-3 day turnaround. They are also servicing the bike because it looks like the rear hub has failed as well.

You’d have thought the bike shops would have a couple of spares in stock then it’s only a phone call/email to Bosch for them to authorise it. Then slow time the bike shop orders another motor, I don't understand why companies wait for the parts to arrive. It’s not just bike shops it’s all areas. They certainly don't have the same ethos as Specialised.The Warranty process for Bosch has really improved now that Magura have taken over the claims process. All you need is original sales receipt and the claim will go through quickly, the longest part is usually for the motor to be posted. Shipping can cost about £60 but hey you get a new 2 years warranty aswell
