Help with E10 and M510 motor

quick question, I received 2 harnesses with the M510 motor. one harness for the wheel sensor and the other harness is for the display. Each harness has a bunch of other plugs that's not needed for the E10 frame. What do you guys do with all the extras plugs on the harness? Do you just cut them off or leave them on ?

Don’t cut anything. Just use it as it is!

so just wrap up the unused connectors? any worries about water coming in those connections?

I am cutting very close to that ugly fork chunky part, then short heatshrink, then black silicon.

I am doing my first bike build and got a M560 and had the same question. Looks like connectors for the BaFang brakes (sensors?) which I wont you, and then some positive and negative connations (Light?). I like the idea of cutting and wrapping the unused connections.
