Have to reboot bike to get power - EP8

So my Spectral On 2021 with the EP8 has been faultless but today after leaving the bike whilst I had a drink it had powered off, so I turned it back on and got no assistance in any mode. I turned the bike off and on again and power was restored.
The same problem now happens everytime I turn the bike on, I have to turn it off and back on.
Anyone else had this?

Yep....there is a torque sensor, so don't touch/move the pedals while turning it on

You can rest your foot on the pedal but don't push it much or don't move the pedal. At least doesn't affect my Spectral:ON with EP8.
