Got confirmation from German Supplier, that my frame will be replaced.

I’ve just today dropped my reign of for a replacement frame that came in yeaterday. They are going to re invisiframe it for me for free, well pass the cost onto giant!

Damn I much prefer that paint over “good grey” also when I first got my bike I scratched the shit out of it not being used to the long rear end and weight… unfortunately my frame has not cracked and no replacement is coming

Looking good! who did you buy this through? and do you remember when you first took your bike in for a warranty claim. I'm in Nelson will be good to mention it to my LBS and get them to chase it up

Hi Guys,
I've been watching this thread closely from the end of June when my large reign e+1 cracked same place as the rest, I'm from Northern Ireland and thought I would join up and update you with my replacement.
I Ordered my bike from England and the warranty claim was handled by a local shop to me, the claim was processed by the shop around the 15th July and I picked my bike up on Friday, I also got the phantom green frame which looks much nicer than the grey!
No new battery cover either but the black matches I assume its the giant lettering that is different on the e+0 bikes but I like that the good grey lettering stands out.
Anyway I love the replacement colour and hope to hell it doesn't crack again!

Nice to see you guys with new frames, it's somewhat special to see the E+0 with no Kashima suspensions...still looks awesome!

My Reign E+ is now almost 1300km with no cracks and if the new frames have the same weld on the downtube I guess it was batch related and they sorted it out, great news!

I noticed a faint crack not long ago but didn't think anything of it as it wasn't that bad, went for ride this morning and cleaning the bike discovered it, hopefully it will get sorted asap under warranty.

I was told all replacements are usually top spec colourway

So I got told my frame should be here mid-november. With all the global supply issues I'm happy to be able to get it at all...
